Ginny has been in real estate over 35 years working mainly as a consultant expert in real estate acquisitions in the governmental arena. As such, she has extensive knowledge and ability to understand and work through land title, land use, zoning, valuation, contracting, litigation, permitting and environmental issues, as well as closing complex transactions.
MARK SHULER

Mark has over 30-years experience as an architect, project manager, owner and real estate advisor.
Specialties: Urban infill development, high-end single family residential, mixed-use, multi-family & light commercial projects.
In addition to his architecture & real estate endeavors, Mark also pursues his passion for international aid & economic development as the Director of Facilities Development for Amrit Davaa World Health.
